Happy Birthday Jocelyn!!

Jocelyn is my friend Anna's daughter and she is having her 3rd birthday party today.  It is 'Hello Kitty' themed and I am so bummed I am missing it!  Anna has been crafting like crazy and she can totally throw a party.  I will share her goodies she has made soon.  However, before I left for convention, I made Jocelyn a little card to go with her birthday gift.
