This MDS page features my younger son and daughter. He is really protective of her, but also likes to torture her a little. I love their relationship and can't wait to see how they are as they get older.

Ethan's MDS Birthday Invite
I can't believe my oldest is going to be 8!!! He just started 3rd grade and a new soccer season too! So we have been quite busy over in the Enns house. Among all the back to school stuff we also needed to plan Ethan's birthday party. I love MDS because it helps me be crafty in a jiffy. Ethan is having his birthday at SkyWalk (a trampoline gym) and is super excited. Here is the card I created.
I found an image online of the actual place and then added text over it. I did the same thing with the inside. I then had the images printed at my local Walgreens. I was able to complete it by gluing them to some card stock and done! Cute, crafty, and easy.

Sis-taur
My sister is my best friend. When we were little, I called her many names (not all bad!). I had a million nick-names for her. I also do the same for my kids too. I had to make an MDS of my sister's nicknames because I was inspired by her post about the subway art for baby Landon at her recent baby shower.
Check out those cool pictures! I am not at all embarrassed by my cool clothes and hair! Awesome!

Baby Landon Subway Art
I am a big pinterest user and love to look at all the possible crafts to make. One craft that I just love making and using the Stampin Up MDS program makes it really easy- Subway Art! Such an easy thing to make and means so much to the person you give it too.
I made Loren's cousin Krista a subway art of her new son's birth statistics. It turned out very cute if I do say so myself. It was very easy to get printed at my local Walgreen's and I was even able to use a promo code! I love a discount. The total amount it cost me to make the project was $15 dollars and that includes the frame! If you are interested in trying out the Stampin Up My Digital Studio (MDS) go online and try it for 30 days for free! Yes for free! If you really like it contact me and I can help you place an order for the actual program.

Performances
Both my kids had performances on the same day. I kept calling it a performance and Devan would correct me saying "it is a program mom." It was so fun! First, we went to Devan's "program" at Snell's preschool. But it felt a like a performance for sure! He showed off what he is learning: 3D shapes, geography, math, drama, music and movement, and so much more. The feelings that were welling inside of me about how he is going on to Kindergarten were overwhelming! This is an end of an era. I am proud of him! Check out my cute little guy!
Next was Super Cay! She really is super! Cailynne showed off at her school in many ways. She is in an after school program called Bridge. This has been an amazing program! Not only are teachers from the school available for tutoring, but after homework, they have an enrichment time. Cailynne is involved with the Cheer Squad and creating Murals for the library.
My daughter is awesome! She tries new things even if she is uncomfortable. She is way more confident that I was in Junior High School and High School combined!
I am definitely looking forward to next year! My daughter will graduate 8th grade and my son will have kindergarten promotion. It will be a year of milestones for sure!

Happy Birthday Cousins!
It's Gavin and Olivia's birthday party today and my sister combined them because their birthdays are so close. Olivia is having a Sesame Street and Gavin is having a Lego party. Olivia loves everything big bird and Gavin loves anything Lego. They will have a bouncy house with water so that all of their friends can play together. Which is good, because it gets hot in the Fresno, CA area.
Check out the cute invite my sister made with MDS.
I love this invite! Stay tuned for the banners that we made for the party!

Smile, please!
Sometimes it is hard work to get a kid to smile. You expect this from a preschooler, but an adult??? My son Bobby is always being silly, especially when we are taking family photos. He hates taking pictures, but during Thanksgiving this year, I made him take a few by himself.
Here is an MDS of my efforts:

I happen to love his smile, and when he visits us we are joking and laughing a lot. Even though he lives in Sacramento and attends Sacramento State, I don't see him as much. His work schedule and the college life are his world right now. I hope that he knows that he makes my heart smile and I love him so much!

Frog jump
Here's a little MDS of when we went to Angel's camp and had a blast with friends this past weekend. How about some nachos, hot dogs, soda, and bake sale goods to start the day off? Then some frog jumping! Us city folk were beginners. We were cracking up at what the kids would do to get the frog to jump. Why have a frog jumping contest? Well they are training for the major event where people from all over (even out of state) have their frogs compete in a frog jumping contest, in Frogtown. It is a big deal in the mother lode. Kids get two days off of school for the festival. They have 4-H, art contests, carnival rides, performances from local groups, yummy food, pageants, and of course frog jumping.
I bet you are wondering how you get a frog to jump? Well you hit the ground, stomp your feet, yell encouraging words, and if that doesn't work? Blow on the frog. We were laughing so hard! Super Cay did great. Except when she was bringing the frog back to station. He escaped and was jumping away toward the snack bar. Thankfully, our friend Caleb was quick and caught the frog.
Check out the fun!

But wait there's more! I am notorious for that saying especially in crafting...We have a princess in our mists. She is McKenzie and she placed 3rd in the Junior Miss Calaveras Princess. While we were frog jumping, she was interviewing for the pageant. She will be honored at the Frogtown event. I am so proud of her and love how confident she is. Keep going girl, you are headed in the right direction!
Here she is, my pictures don't do justice (her mom is the photographer, not me), she looked stunning! In my opinion, she should have won, but I am not biased!
This page is for my friend Lisa. She and her family are so great! Look at how cute they are!

Mom & Dev
I love this little guy! Can you tell? Here we are outside in our backyard swinging on the swing set. What a moment. The photos were snapped by my friend Gigi Vincent, a local photographer. Check out her website here. I just took the photos and did a little MDS. Sometimes it is nice being in the photo, rather than taking it!

A little MDS
Look at me doing a little MDS! I seriously don't know what I am doing, but exploring it is really fun. It could possibly be a new addiction. Like I need another one! This was a page of Daddy and Devan having a moment of peace and story-telling. They look so cute! Just seeing the picture makes me wish I was there. Where are they? They are in Nana and Papa's backyard in Elk River, Minnesota. What a view, right?
