Jar o'goodies

I made this jar o' goodies for Anna, a young girl that seems almost like family.  She is visiting from Minnesota and they don't have Togo's where she lives or a Carl's Jr.  So a couple of gift cards along with a fun night out at Garlic Brother's restaurant last night.

 I like that cute little perfectly preserved jar o' goodies with the cherries and cute sentiment.  How about those framelits making it easy to cut out the stamped images?  I brought it to work to have some co-workers check out these fabulous holiday catalog goodies. They loved it!

The fabric on top of the jar was free great giveaway fabric at convention.  Do you recognize it?  It's old Candy cane Christmas fabric from last years catalog.  I thought it went well with the project.  What do you think?

Denim and Diamonds

My friend Claudia has a retirement party where the theme is 'Denim and Diamonds.'  She decided to make fun flower pins for she and her friends to wear.  I gave her a my son's old jeans that we were getting rid of and she bought some cool fabric with jewels on it.  She used the fun flower Stampin' Up! big shot die and made a gorgeous flower.  Check out how cute!

Check out Claudia.  She is awesome!  Notice my dry erase frame in the back?  I made it at a recent stamp camp to hand out as a raffle prize.  I had to make one for myself and I use it every day.
